A ltd. Issue a prospectus inviting application for 6000 equity shares of Rs 100/ each at a primum of ₹20 on application ₹20 on allotment ₹50 including primum,on first call₹30, on second call₹20. Application were recievd for 10000 shares and allotment was made. Pro rata to applications of8000 shares,the remaining were refused Rohit to whom300 shares allotted failed to pay allotment and calls money,his shares were fofited. Itika who applied for 600 shares failed to pay two calls band her shares were also fofited.All the shares were sold to Martin as fully paid for₹80 per shares.give journal entries.
