Ans.The tiger king was very upset because he was unable to find a tiger in his kingdom. Suddenly the Dewan told the king about the strange news that in his kingdom some goats were being lost. So,the king exempted the tax for three years and went to the village where it was possible to find a tiger. But he didn't get any tiger there. So, he ordered the Dewan to double the tax.

He did so because he was frustrated as he was not able to find the tiger so as to prove the prophecy wrong also he didn't wanted anyone else to do hunting in his region.
