I m sorry but its not multiple gene ..its multiple allelism. In this the gene has more than just two phenotypes for the expressed character which are controlled by more than two alleles( multiple alleles). Examples are ABO blood grouping in humans and skin color controlling gene in humans. In abo blood grouping, the three different alleles are IA, IBand i gene but in a human, a combination of two is there which gives the phenotype: IA IB combination gives AB blood group as phenotype, IA IA or IA i gives blood group A, IB IB or IB i gives B blood group and i i hives blood group O. This is also an example of co dominance. As two alleles are dominant here and not just one (IA and IB).
