    Women face discrimination in terms of pay, hiring, promotion.In construction sites women are made to work like men but their wages are less compared to women.they are susceptible to sexual harassment.
    still in some underdeveloped countries laws are there which suppress the fundamental rights of women (in matters of divorce, inheritance,guardianship in case of divorce, protection against child marriage).
    still women are discriminated on basis of caste,height, physical disability,level of education and social inheritance.
