Gaston was not morally correct as he was hurting the emotions of the owner. Owner was selling her house by trusting on Gaston that he will take good care of her house and keep it as it was provided to him but he was selling to a rich lady for gaining some profit and even after knowing that that lady will break the house and will form a new apartment there and Gaston was selling the house even after knowing all that stuff.
