Historically, a day meant from six am to six pm which are the hours of daylight. The night was from six pm to six am. A day now means from 24:00 or if you prefer 0:00 to the time 24:00 or 0:00 twenty-four hours later.
A twelve hour clock shows 12:00 at midnight and 12:00 mid-day. AM is any time between midnight and mid-day and PM is any time between mid-day and midnight, separating the full day of twenty-four hours into two consecutive periods of twelve hours.
A twenty-four hour clock, usually digital, runs commonly from 0:00, 1:00 … 12:00, 13:00, …23:00, 0:00.

Panipat district was carved out from the erstwhile Karnal district on 1 November 1989. On 24 July 1991 it was again merged with Karnal district. On 1 January 1992, it again became a separate district.

यदि हम हामिद के स्थान पर होते और मेले में जाते तो अपने तीन पैसों में कोई ऐसी वस्तु खरीदते जो उपयोगी होती। हामिद ने चिमटा खरीदा था। हम भी ऐसी ही वस्तु खरीदते। वह कोई कॉपी या कलम भी हो सकती थी। हामिद ने अपने पैसों का सही प्रयोग किया था। हम भी ऐसा ही करते ।
