Meaning of Structural Change:
(i) Structural processes of change due to a transformation in the network of social relationships.
(ii) Caste, kinship, family and occupational groups constitute some of the structural realities. Change in these relationships is a structural change.
(iii) When the traditional agrarian system based on family labour is transformed into agrarian system based on hired labour with a view to produce for the market, we may call it a structural change.
(iv) Another example can be the transformation of joint family to nuclear family brings about change in structure and function of family. It is through the process of differentiation of roles that structural change takes place.

Through globalisation we can many MNCs coming up.. And due to that the employement level have also increased... We are exposed to the outer world.. Before globalisation we were confined within India.. And our products.. Culture . and so on.. But due to globalisation. We are exposed to western culture and products.. And also when there is any effect to any MNC in america for eg.. Then the effect will also be seen here in india.. Like u can take tge eg of MC D when theur were certain crises in USA related to the franchise .. So the employement here in India... Were also effected... Many people were unemployed.. HOpe u understand.. ?

Like some laws are proper implemented . People use mobile phones if he or she look anytye of illegal work and they shoot. After that inquiry start and catch. But its main change corruption are decreases through globalisation.
