In electrostatics free charges in a good conductor reside only on the surface. So the free charge inside theconductor is zero. So the field in it is caused by charges on the surface. Since charges are of the same nature and distribution is UNIFORM, the electric fieldscancel each other.

Vectors of electric field and magnetic field which are perpendicular to each other when shows electromagnetic disturbances in space having property of wave and propogate with the speed of light, then these waves are known as electromagnetic waves. ( Accelerated charge particles , source of the production of electromagnetic waves)

Pascal's law (also Pascal's principle or the principle of transmission of fluid-pressure) is a principle in fluid mechanics that states that a pressure change occurring anywhere in a confined incompressible fluid is transmitted throughout the fluid such that the same change occurs everywhere. The law was established by French mathematician Blaise Pascal
