Alternating current. That means the current which changes continuosly with the time. Examples: The voltage that we receive at our homes in india is an ac voltage at 220V.

Jatin Kumar 8 years, 1 month ago

Apparent depth = 3/4 real depth

Deepak Kumar 8 years, 1 month ago

The real depth is the actual depth of a substance....and in simple words apparent depth is the unreal depth...the apparent depth seems to be less or more dipper thn the actual depth due to a phenomena called refraction...for example place a coin under a glass and look inside the glass ...the coin would be visible at its actual depth but when water is poured into the glass the coin seems to be raised frm its position which is called apparent depth...due to refraction.....hope ur doubt is cleared frnd....have a nice day buddy?????

Uttam Thakur 8 years, 1 month ago

real depth /apparent depth

A corona discharge is an electrical discharge brought on by the ionization of a fluid such as air surrounding a conductor that is electrically charged. Spontaneous corona discharges occur naturally in high-voltage systems unless care is taken to limit the electric field strength. A corona will occur when the strength (potential gradient) of the electric field around a conductor is high enough to form a conductive region, but not high enough to cause electrical breakdown or arcing to nearby objects. It is often seen as a bluish (or other color) glow in the air adjacent to pointed metal conductors carrying high voltages, and emits light by the same property as a gas discharge lamp.
