I personally suggest you to watch the lecture of pradeep kshetrpal. He done it so well and in easiest way. I had also watched. But I can't explain you here.

If two lines of forces intersect with each other than two tangent can be dawn at the point of intersection. It means there are two direction of field intensity at the same point which is physically not possible. So such intersection are not possible
