What is USI?????????? let capacitance be c ,in series 1/C=1/c+1/c+1/c=3/c. => c=3C=3*30 F= 90F. Answer: 90 F

Yes because though transparent their refractive indices wont me literally equal to that of air. Very very high quality of transparent glasses can be made such that we literally need to hit them with our head to know their existence. Hope that's more clear
