Check the topics and weightage asked from previous years exams . And see the changes in current year exam syllabus and topics. Then try to complete maximum topics and practice questions on topics to see the preparation level. Note down any new concept and important theory you find in your notes. Your notes should be according to 1 month last time revision ,that is complete and concise as well as focussing and highlighting important points. Keep giving practice tests and don't feel unhappy on getting a bad score in any test but rather try to see from the test and analyse what all topics were not prepared well as well as the way of giving the exam. Then fill in the gaps in your preparation.

In a food chain when an organism of trophic level consumes food in the environment ,some toxic substances enter the body . With each trophic level the concentration of such toxic substances increases( because the organism has consumed multiple other organisms containing toxins ) . The increase in the concentration of magnification of such toxic with the successive trophic levels is the phenomenon of biomagnification.
