Electric lines cannot form closed loops as these line move in a continuous manner from positive to negative. Electric lines move outward from the positive charge and electric lines move inward the negative charge. Hence, electric lines can't form closed loops

It can also be said that since current is the dot product of two vectors current density j and area S it is a vector since dot product gives a scalar quantity.

Ravi Kumar 7 years, 3 months ago

The direction of current is only a convential direction we are using to solve problem in physics .Actually current doesn't have any direction as it doesn't obey vectors law of addition and parallelogram law of vactor . Suppose a current is flowing in a wire placed in a x axis then after resolving the component sin and cos it doesn't have any significance as the sum now obtained is different from the actual value of current .

Scattering of light is phenomenon of change in direction of light on striking an atom , a molecule , dust particles etc At the time of sun rise& sun set , sun is at near the horizon .the rays coming from sun have to travel a much part of atmosphere. Therefore most of the blue light is scattered away but red colour which has largest wave length is scattered least and the red colour enters into our eyes

According to the biot savart law , the magnet field at a point around conductor (B) =kIdlsin₩/r2 Where k=constant of proportionality I=current, dl=small elementary length of conductor ₩= angle between I & dl The magnetic field inside a condutor is 0 Because angle (₩ ) between I&dl is 0 Therefore sin0=0 Thus b unside a conductor is 0

Rahul Chauhan 7 years, 3 months ago

Subani ji this is magnetic field not electric field so no role of electrons in this

Mehboob Subani 7 years, 3 months ago

Because the electrons in the conducter as not flow all places they are flow only surface of conducter so the net field zero inside the conductet

Shivam Pandit 7 years, 3 months ago

The reason for this is that when we swich on heater then current coming to our house increase ,therefore V =e.mf_ir Where,v=potential difference, i=current &r=i nternal resistance According to above relation ,, When i (current )increase ,v (potential difference decreases. Hence, thete is dim in brightness of bulb due to decrease in potential difference.

If charge is divided into Q/2 and Q/2 then force will be maximum. Devendra is correct:- Let the charge is divided into q1 and q2 and apply dF/dq=0 d[(kq1×q2)/r^2]/dq=0 As charge remains same so q2 =Q-q1 k/r^2 d[q1(Q-q1)]/dq=0 d[Qq1-q1q1]/dq=0 Q-2q1=0 q1=Q/2 and q2=Q-Q/2=Q/2 Hence both charges are half of original charge

Devraj Pahariya 7 years, 3 months ago

dF/dq will equal to zero , use this to get answer
