No. That +- is due to charge e only. n is only a natural number. Think that how much charge do 5 electrons have ? If you take q = +-5e, its both positive or negative and you know very well its negative as e is negative. So n cannot be negative that negative can be due to charge

Sher Singh 3 years, 9 months ago

Q=+- ne ,. So n may be negative

Mayank Sharma 3 years, 9 months ago

By reading quantization of charge it's given that n is positive or negative

Rrplace the values of dI/I × 100 from 100 to 5. Then it becomes 2 × 5 = 10%

Aseem Mahajan 3 years, 10 months ago

P = I²R
logP = 2logI + logR
Differentiating
dP/P = 2 dI/I + dR/R
dP/P × 100 = 2 dI/I × 100 + dR/R × 100
dP/P × 100 = 2× 100 = 200%

$$\rho = \dfrac{m}{ne^2 \tau}$$
m = mass of conductor
n = number density of charge carriers
e = charge on electron $$\tau$$ = relaxation time
Thus it depends on temperature, material.

Refraction of Light: as it passes from less dense to more dense mediums. When light passes from a less dense to a more dense substance, (for example passing from air into water), the light is refracted (or bent) towards the normal. ... The bending occurs because light travels more slowly in a denser medium. According to snell's law, Sin i / sin r

Refrective index of glass(1.5) which is more than air(1.0) ,so velocity of light is less than that in air hence light ray bends towards normal.
