Spectral Series:
- On passing electric discharge through hydrogen gas, hydrogen molecules would dissociate giving rise to excited (highly energetic) hydrogen atoms that emit radiation of certain specified frequency while returning to its ground state

The reflecting telescopes are preferred over refracting type because of the following reasons:
(i) There is no chromatic aberration in case of reflecting telescopes as the objective is a mirror.
(ii) Spherical aberration is reduced in case of reflecting telescopes by using mirror objective in the form of a paraboloid.

An astronomical telescope is an optical instrument which is used to see the magnified image of distant heavenly bodies like stars, planets, satellites and galaxies etc. The final image formed by anastronomical telescope is always virtual, inverted and magnified.

Intensity is directly proposional to wave so root i1 and root i2 power 2 is formula for maximum value we add root i1 and i2 power 2 and for minimum value we minus the value so answer is 4:1
