No they cannot bcoz if they did then they will have to have same potential at that point of intersection which is not possible.

No they cannot intersect each other because two different equipotential surface have different electric potential, so if they intersect then the point of intersection will have two different potentials at the same point which is not possible.

because they have different distribution of energy in all directions and have different phase difference therefore can't superimpose and act as incoherent sources so two monochromatic sources of light cannot produce sustained intereference
