Relaxation Techniques:

• It is a skill that reduces symptoms of stress and decreases the incidence of illnesses such as high blood-pressure and heart diseases.
• Deep breathing is used along with muscle relaxation to calm the mind and relax the body.
• Relaxation starts from the lower part of the body and progresses towards facial muscles and ultimately relaxes whole body.
Meditation Procedures:

• Meditation consists of refocusing of attention that brings about an altered state of consciousness.

• It involves such a thorough concentration that the meditator becomes unaware of any outside stimulus.

Motor fitness is a term that describes an athletes ability to perform effectively during sports or other physical ability . - the various items are - agility, balance, coordination , power , reaction time ,speed. Its administration are- pull ups for boys and flexed arm hand for girls ,flexed - lets- pull- ups, shuttle run , standing long jump, 50 yards dash, 600 yards run/walk . its detail is pull ups for boys to measure the arm and shoulder strength , flexed arm hanged for girls to measure arm and shoulder strength . flexed -lets-pull-up for abdominal strength and endurance . shuttle run to measure speed and agility . standing long jump to measure legs power. 50 yard dash for measuring speed and lastly 600yard run / walk for stamina and endurance
