Obesity means you have too much body fat. It's usually based on your body mass index (BMI), which you can check using a BMI calculator. BMI compares your weight to your height. If your BMI is 25 to 29.9, you're overweight but not obese. Fatigue refers to a mental or physical state of extreme tiredness and lack of energy. Being overweight increases the risk of fatigue, for various reasons. These include having to carry more weight, being more likely to have joint and muscle pain, and being more likely to have a condition where fatigue is a common symptom, such as diabetes or sleep apnea.

By having an idea of the balance in your diet, it should be easier to enjoy food and be healthy. There are seven essential factors for a balanced diet: carbs, protein, fat, fibre, vitamins, minerals and water. A balanced diet provides all the necessary nutrients for overall health and long life. Eating a balanced diet reduces your risk for heart disease, cancer, diabetes and other health problems. Achieving this goal in a culture where you're surrounded by unhealthy foods can be challenging. When you understand the factors that contribute to a balanced diet, however, you can make choices that support your health and well-being.

Lots of protein is needed by the weight lifters because weight lifting involves moving a resistance through a range of motion by bending joints and constructing muscles. Weight lifters need at least double protein intake of the average person due to the rigors of resistance training.
Protein is an important nutrient that help in rebuilding muscle strength and expedites recovery. That is the reason why weight lifters need it to heal their muscles so that they don't suffer micro tears.
Proteins gives your muscles a constant supply of nutrients and also keeps energy level on an even keel.
