Deficiency of iron can cause anaemia like diseases and deficiency of calcium can cause osteoposis, osteomalacia, rickets, etc. Deficiency of iron can be prevented by taking diet rich in iron content ex: spinach, green leafy vegetables, etc Deficiency of calcium can be prevented by taking diet rich in vitamin D ex: sitting under the direct sunlight, drinking milk, etc.

1= Responsibilities for for accreditation committee: It is a specialised body whose purpose is to promote and recognise excellence in the sports programs like the run for unity program it also provide the quality of management in these types of sports programme 2= responsibilities for technical committee: The responsibility for the technical committee is to see all the technical things like, whether there is proper arrangement for the officials ,of cameras for shooting the 'run',whether every participant is getting fair decisions and to see that there is no technical deformities till the time the 'run' is completed 3= responsibilities of finance committee: The responsibility for the finance committee is to look after the financial requirements while 'run'is being organised i.e.all the money required in any type of activity attach with the tournament is to be arranged for. Also their responsibilities to make the budget for the 'run' and then maintaining it accordingly.
