Ds/dt =2cm/s. And s =20 cm. Now . A =ROOT3/4 PIE s^2 So dA/at = root 3/4 pie 2 s ds/dt. Put value of s and ds/dt in above we will get 20pie root3 its answer

If it is bounded then maimum value occur at corner points ,but if it is unbounded then maximum value of objective function may not exists, this is not always finite, and I know it's a exemplar question no. 45 But sometimes books answer are also wrong in the consideration of fundamental theorms. (Corner point theorm 1and 2).
