Please check the denominator because the constant and variable of the denominator are cancelling out and then it's become 0. And after that differentiation of (infinity) w.r.t any variable gives infinity.

Yaa, you have to solve question by doing imagination that where the functions is increasing and decreasing during solving questions. Like :- (x-3)(x-4)=0 Intially equate orders with zero, we get:- x=3,x=4. (The two critical points). Now the order of (x-3)^1 is 1, which is odd. Then in number line when we move to another point, it remains same degree. Similary for other order.
