=cos{ cos inverse{[1-(1/49)]/[1+(1/49)] } =(48/49)/(50/49) =48/50 =24/25

First break 2 tan inverse formula in term of cos . i.e. Cos inverse (1-x ka square /1+x ka square) then u will get your answer

With replacement means that sample space remains the same after occurrence of some event for ex,if a bag contains 2red and 5blue balls then the probability of getting red ball is 2/7 and after this you'll put the ball back and as such in sample space 7 balls remains there.But in without replacement the sample space gets affected by events.
