Put sin term to a triangle and find the adjacent side........... ............................ It will be 4 ............................ ............................ So we can write as follows......................... ... ...................... .............................. ...................... 2 tan-¹ 3/4=tan-¹ (2×3/4)/(1-(3/4)² )................. .................=tan-¹ (6/4)/(1-(9/16))=tan-¹(6/4)/16-(9/16)= .........tan-¹(6/4)/(7/16)= Tan-¹24/7.....and thus proved...
