Change that pi by 4 first to tan inverse 1 then change that cot inverse 3 ti tan inverse 1 by 3. Use 2tan inverse for that one. You will see tan incise x minus tan y formula change it to cot inverse terms after finding it. Then you will see get cot of cot inverse 7 which is the answer that is 7

Take cos^4x common. It becomes sec^4x which splits into sec^2x & sec^2x.sec^2x is 1+tan^2x.it becomes sec^2x(1+tan^2x)/1+tan^4x. Take tanx=t, sec^2x dx adjusts into dt. Finally it becomes 1+t^2/1+t^4.
