Cotx

Tanishq Shukla 5 years, 10 months ago

lets see how this answer comes. So we have to find dy/dx when, y= log(sinx) dy/dx = 1/sinx × cosx dy/dx= cosx/sinx dy/dx= cotx

Cot x

Harsh Mishra 5 years, 10 months ago

dy/dx = d {log(sin x)} /dx = cosx / sinx = cot x [As diff. of log t = 1/t and diff. of sinx = cos x, that's why, by chain rule d{log(sinx)} /dx = cotx ]

Ye tanx+ cotx agar complete denominator me h to int.1/tanx+1/tanx.dx Now taking LCM of tanx. Int.tanx/tan^2x+1dx Int.tan/sec^2x.dx Put tanx=t Dx=sec^2x.dt Int.t/sec^2x..sec^2x.dt=int.t.dt =t^2/2+c =tan^2x/2+c
