Young children may require the following care arrangements:
1) their eating habits: it is very necessary to keep track of what young children eat and consume as food is responsible for the growth in young children.
2) their hygiene: it is important to keep the children clean. Their hygiene plays an important role in saving them from diseases.
3) their surroundings: there can be various things around a child, which can be potentially harmful or dangerous for a child, so keeping care of the child's surrounding is important.

Answer to the second part of the question
Food technology has been of great help to both housewives as well as working women . With the help of food technology one can get the best of food in properly packed form which helps in storing them for a reasonable time. Working women hardly get time to cook, so if a food is delivered at their doorsteps keeping intact the quality it can do wonders for them.
