While telling the story, Jack has told that Roger Skunk smelt very bad. He needs company Jo with the help of the Wizard he gets a rose smell but Shunk’s mother does not like it. She takes Skunk before the Wizard and hits him to change the smell. The Wizard does so and Roger Khunk starts smelling bad.
Here the daughter of the narrator does not agree with this. She force that Roger Skunk should retain the rose smell and the Wizard should hit the stupid Mommy hard. Jo, does not like the mommy should hit the Wizard. But the Jack’s ending is appropriate since a child cannot think as a mother. Skunk’s mother wants that Skunk should have originality. In this context Jack tries to make Jo understand his viewpoint. He has no desire that Jo should form a negative opinion about mommy. He tries to explain that the mommy should be loved, respected and well behaved by her child.

- Comprehensions/ Unseen passages: Candidates should thoroughly read the comprehension, at least twice, for the complete understanding of the passage. Candidates should note that the questions framed in the reading section are always in sequence i.e. the answer to question 1 will always be in the sentences before the answer to question 2.
- Writing section: Candidates should express the thoughts clearly and using rich vocabulary. Use quotes or phrases by famous authors. This section analyses the writing skills and abilities. Remember to follow the correct format, as well.
- Literature: Lucid and coherent answers should be written in this section. Express the views, clearly. Only answer what is asked about. Read the questions carefully, before answering them.
- Presentation is also important while attempting the paper. Write neatly. Leave proper space, wherever required. Draw margins. Highlight the important words or phrases or sentences.

Dunstan is set as a direct contrast to Godfrey. Where Godfrey is merely weak, Dunstan is completely bad. He is vain, arrogant, and selfish, as well as dishonest. Like Godfrey, he is primarily interested in what he himself wants, but he lacks any saving virtues. Dunstan suspects his own worthlessness: while he thinks what a fine person he is, he fears the opinions of others on that subject. This narcissism is put symbolically by having Dunstan take Godfrey's whip, as it gives a better appearance than his own.
Dunstan, like Eppie, is just the sort of person needed to fulfill his role. He serves as a contrast to Godfrey, as a means of relieving Silas of his gold, and as a reminder to Godfrey that truth will eventually reveal itself. When not needed, he can be conveniently removed from the story without being missed. He is an example of static characterization — he shows no development during the story and comes on the scene full-blown. However, he has a certain complexity: his repressed knowledge of his faults gives him a psychological interest that Eppie lacks.

Dr. Kemp is a man of science who remains busy throughout the day in his studies. He is a very simple man with flattened hair and is preparing for fellowship exam of Royal Society, London. Kemp shows lack of interest when informed about the presence of the stranger in his home town. He enters his room & observes strange happening over there. Before he could understand anything, he is startled by a familiar voice. Griffin, who enters his house stealthily, opens up in front of him and takes him to flash back when they both used to study together in University, College London.
Even after a lot of convincing, Dr. Kemp fobids to believe in his invisibility. He does not believe till he is given couple of blows by him. Later Griffin shares all his issues with him and seeks his support to succeed in his mission. He also tells him that what difficulties he had in being invisible like he could not walk and eat publicly, could be perceived by dogs. Dr. Kemp discloses all his weakness and ways to catch him with Colonel Adye but fails to get a hold on him. Griffin escapes which leaves Dr. Kemp trembled. In the end, Dr. Kemp manages to escape from his house when attacked by Griffin. He takes masons’ help to kill him and finally succeeds in his mission.
