I think the final decision taken by Dr.Sadao was the best possible one in the given circumstances.
The reason is: Dr.Sadao was a very careful, considerate and a trained Doctor who could adjust himself fitting exactly to the situations and circumstances.
When the enemy was brought to the house, Doctor Sadao said "the best way that we would be to treat him is in returning into the sea" but, however, Dr.Sadao did not take this negative decision and rather tried his best to help the wounded man at the cost of his own life.
As a Doctor, he was morally trained not to let a man die if he can do his medical treatment.

"The Rattrap" is a very interesting and entertaining story about the rattrap peddler. He went round selling small rattraps of wire, which he himself made. He got the material for it by begging in the stores or at big farms. But the story is not only entertaining , but it gives us a philosophical idea also. The idea is that the whole world with its land seas, its cities and villages is nothing but a big rattrap.
The whole world sets baits for people. The world offers riches and joys, shelter and food, heat and clothing, exactly as the rattrap offered cheese and pork. As soon as anyone let himself be tempted to touch the bait, the world closed in on him. And then there is no escape.
Thus this story conveys a very noble and philosophical idea that the worldly things which fascinate us are just like the bait of the rattrap, which entraps us. The way Edla Willmanson treats the peddler we can draw a lesson that the essential goodness in a human being can be awakened through understanding and love.

The roadside stand was set up by the rural folks for selling some ordinary things of daily use. Among them they offered wild berries in wooden quarts. There were crooked-necked gourds with silvery hard lumps but the city folk did not stop to purchase these items.

William Douglas had a “misadventure” when He was learning to swim in the Y.M.C.A. swimming pool. He went to the pool when no one else was there. But, He was timid about going in there alone so He was waiting for others to join in. A well-built boy threw him into the pool. At first, Douglas was frightened but he was confident. He tried his best to come out but his efforts made little difference. He was suffocating. He felt that the water was pulling him under. His legs and arms wouldn’t move. He tried to call for help but He couldn’t. He fainted at the end despite of all the efforts that He made.

The forces conspire to keep the workers in bangle industry of Firozabad in poverty are some Sahukars, middle man, policeman, bureaucrats and politicians. They all exploited the workers of Firozabad. Even after working so hard the bangle makers remain poor. All these form a vicious circle. If the bangle makers try to organise themselves into a cooperative, the police catch and beat them. They are put into jail on false charges of illegal acts. Poor bangle makers have been trapped in it for generations. Now they have come to accept it as something natural. Thus their life is full of obstacles which force them to lead a Life of poverty and deprivation.
