    Sam was a psychiatrist. He was also a friend of Charley. When Charley fantasied about the Third Level at Grand Central Station, he visited Sam for consultation. Sam declared it merely a ‘temporary refuge’ from his tension. He called it a waking-dream-wish-fulfilment. But slowly he himself got trapped in this imaginary world. He talked to many psychic patients daily, who told him about their woes and worries. It had made Sam's life a burdened one. He also started trying to find sojourn. He wanted to escape from the life which had become woeful after listening to the afflictions of the patients suffering from mental diseases.

    Unconsciously, he also felt like breaking all the barriers of the realities of life and moved freely in the world of fantasy. He wanted to imagine himself in the world, where there are no repressed fears and conflicts embedded in the minds of the people. He first did not believe in the whim of the Third Level, but deep in his heart, he wanted to believe in this fantasy. He knew that Charley was not right, but he wished Charley to be right and then slowly he started finding the reality in a whim and got trapped.

Besides, this is a psychological story that refers to the subway at the grand central railway station which takes passengers to Galesburg. In addition, this subway becomes the interconnection between the narrator’s harsh reality and fantasy. Moreover, the third level was a way of escape for Charley. As life in the modern world is full of uncertainties worries and stress, it takes Charley to a different world that his friend also calls, “a walking dream wish fulfilment.” Further, the story is about Charley’s tendency to escape from the world. He was totally fed up from the real world so he wanted to go to another world were he recieves peace. Therefore he created a fantasy around himself which was a copy of the world of his grandfather at grand central. Most importantly, the third level starts because of Sam’s letter written on 18th July 1984. This story shows the connection between time and space.

    The poem begins with a description of the children sitting in a school classroom which is located in a slum. The poet has compared these childrens to rootless weeds as they are not given any importance by any member of the society. They are unwanted like rootless weeds or useless plants. Their faces are pale and untidy hair falls all over their faces. Then the poet describes a few children sitting in the classroom. There is a tall girl who sits with her head down due to poverty or some affliction. She seems to be in a depressed state. There is a boy who is very thin and has eyes which bulge out like that of a rat. There is one more boy who is unlucky as he had inherited a gnarled bone disease from his father. His physical growth is stunted and his lesson from his desk as he cant stand. Another boy is seated at the back of that dull and dim room,there is a sweet boy who is not paying any attention to the class. Ruther he is day-dreaming about the outside world where a squirrel is playing in the hollow of a free. It is in contrast to his own life. He also wants to go out and play like a squirrel but cannot do so.

This virus is prepared in the biological laboratory of China it is confirmed by all over the world except China. This virus is dangerous for all over the world. By this virus many people died in the world. The countries are America,Itlay,france e.t.c In India mortality rate is low because the good immunity of Indian helps to protect from that virus because in India there are many types of food prepared by masala like haldi Ginger black pepper etc. A confirmed case in India above 300000 and peoples are safe from the virus 200000 and death approximately 10,000 the governments helps the india .

    The coronavirus is a family of viruses that can cause a range of illnesses in humans including common cold and more severe forms like SARS and MERS which are life-threatening. The virus is named after its shape which takes the form of a crown with protrusions around it and hence is known as coronavirus. The recent outbreak of coronavirus is believed to have occurred in a market for illegal wildlife in the central Chinese city of Wuhan. Chinese health authorities and the WHO are investigating the outbreak of the recent coronavirus. Since it's a new strain, there is no specific vaccine that can treat it. However, according to the WHO, "many of the symptoms can be treated & therefore treatment based on the patient’s clinical condition". However, it has already killed over 169,000 globally. The Chinese govt initially locked down Wuhan - the epicenter of the virus outbreak. However it was too late. The virus has spread to all continents now, except Antarctica. India has expanded screening of international travellers. Few Indian travellers who were found with the coronavirus strain have been isolated and treated before their release.

    The author tried to explain his worries that he was doing his job but according to everyone he was jobless and was doing next to nothing.     Human tendency that there is lots of time to do things but man keep postponing the lesson of life,oblivious to the fact that life is subject to change. The people of alsace always thought they had plenty of time to learn the lesson so they did not give much importance to school.
