A nucleophile is that specie which is nucleus loving.It is rich in electrons due to which it has ability to attach with + ve ions or with those who have electron deficiency ( in words with electrophiles). For example :NH 3 ,Cl -ve ion, etc .These are all rich in electrons.Therefore these are nuleophiles. I hope that u have understand it.???????
