I think my answer is in proper way
We know that benzene is negative and electrophill is + ve and need - ve so when resonance is there on benzene ring then more -ve charge is formed at Ortho and para position and not on meta so it's the reason. It's not accurate to write in exams but it's just to understand properly.

Sn2 is single step rxn and sn1 is 2 step rxn In sn2 we see steric hindrance In sn1 we see stability of carbonation In sn2 order = 1 degree ,2 degree ,3degree In sn1 order =3 degree ,2 degree, 1degree As we saw that their order are opposite of each other but it is not always true We also have to see the grp that is attached with them in sn2 if +I electron releasing grp attached with them than speed of rxn increase

The metal atom in metal carbonyls is in low oxidation state. This is because if the fact that there is a higher electronic density (electronic charge) on the metal atom in its lower oxidation state than in its higher oxidaton state.
