Hahahaha ????
There exist several techniques for generating approximate solutions, however. In the important method known as perturbation theory, one uses the analytic result for a simple quantum mechanical model to generate a result for a more complicated model that is related to the simpler model by (for one example) the addition of a weak potential energy. Another method is the "semi-classical equation of motion" approach, which applies to systems for which quantum mechanics produces only weak (small) deviations from classical behavior. These deviations can then be computed based on the classical motion. This approach is particularly important in the field of quantum chaos..........{but H2O is water}...

And resonance effect is more powerful than inductive effect therefore it become ortho and para directing.

Payal Kashyap 8 years, 1 month ago

Chlorine withdraws electronthrough inductive effect and releases electron through resonance.through inductive effect ,chlorine destabilize the intermediate carbocation formed during the electrophilic substitution .through resonance ,halogen tend to stablise the carbocation and effect is more pronounced at ortho and para position
