Non reducing Sugars are those Sugars which do not have free aldehydic or Ketonic group and do not reduce fehling's solution on tollens reagent are called non reducing Sugars .....for example sucrose

In biomolecules ,one of the most important concept is that of' reducing and non reducing Sugars '....you must know that reducing Sugars are those that reduce :fehling's solution and tollens reagent :and nonreducing are the just opposite of that.... second important thing is ::preparation of Carbohydrates ;like how are they prepared how is fructose prepared, structure ,cyclic structures haworth structures, reactions of glucose ......amino acids,, proteins and you must know about nucleic acids that is important....... questions always comes from scientific name of Vitamins like scientific name of Vitamin B1 is thiamine .....vitamin B2 is riboflavin...... vitamin B6 pyridoxine Vitamin C is ascorbic acid.... and the question from CBSE 2019 was..... what are the expected products of hydrolysis of lactose???? such sort of questions arises from the chapter ...........all the linkages like peptide linkage ,glycosidic linkage, you must know ??????????
