In national comm. claims exceeding 1 crore are allowed. National comm. consist of a president and 4 other members out of which one should be woman. If the person isn't satisfied with the judgement he /she can no further file the case. It's last judgement.

In state commission only claims from 20 lakh-1crore are allowed. Each state comm. consist of a president and 2 members out of which one should be women. If the person isn't satisfied with the judgement then the person can file a case in national comm. within 30 days.
