When estrogen levels are high enough, they signal to the brain causing a dramatic increase in luteinizing hormone (LH). This spike is what causes ovulation (release of the egg from the ovary) to occur. Ovulation usually happens about 13-15 days before the start of the next period.  The typical menstrual cycle is 28 days long, but each woman is different. The periods are still “regular” if they usually come every 24 to 38 days.  This means that the time from the first day of your last period up to the start of your next period is at least 24 days but not more than 38 days.

Initiator tRNA carries amino acid methionine at its amino acid binding site and has anticodon UCA at its anticodon binding site. Initiator tRNA binds with the codon (AUG) present on the mRNA and in this way the initiator tRNA plays a role in initiation of protein synthesis.

Plastids are present only in plant cells. There are two types of plastids – chromoplasts (coloured plastids) and leucoplasts (white or colourless plastids). Plastids containing the pigment chlorophyll are known as chloroplasts. Chloroplasts are important for photosynthesis in plants.
The internal organisation of the plastids consists of numerous membrane layers embedded in a material called the stroma. Plastids are similar to mitochondria in external structure. Like the mitochondria, plastids also have their own DNA and ribosomes.

Aminoacylation is the process of adding an activated amino acid to the acceptor arm of a transfer RNA. It is an essential step for the synthesis of protein, as it activated the amino acids (amino acid + ATP) and helps in linking them to their cognate tRNA in the presence of an enzyme aminoacyl tRNA synthetase
