Functions are given below: FSH:- --->stimulate follicular development. -----> decrease of estrogen by growing follicles. Estrogen:- --->stimulate proliferation of endometrium. Progesterone:- ----> pregnancy hormone which maintains the wall endometrium. It's decrease in level results in menstrual cycle. LH:- ----> increase gradually and reaches maximum level at 14th day. GnRH:- ---> it stimulates the syntessis and secretion of gonadotrophins (lh and fsh).
