Sterilization is a permanent procedure to prevent pregnancy. This procedure is done by a healthcare provider in a controlled environment.
There are multiple methods of sterilization available to both men and women. Sterilization is up to the discretion of the individual. Men may decide to become sterile at any point they do not want the ability to impregnate a woman. Women may decide to become sterile at any point so long as they are not currently pregnant, in which case, they may have the procedure performed at any time after the child is born.

The gene gun method is a method used for genetically modifying plants.
With the use of a gene gun, the gene gun method delivers extra DNA directly into a plant’s nucleus. The method is also commonly called particle acceleration or microprojectile bombardment.
The gene gun can be used on seedlings or tissue culture cells. Prior to injecting the DNA into the plant tissue via the gene gun, either microscopic gold or tungsten particles are liberally coated with many hundreds of copies of genes. The particles are then forced into the nucleus with the gene gun.

Although all of us share 99% of our DNA, the remaining 0.1% is enough to make each of us unique. However, in the case of identical twins, they share 100% of their genes and have the same DNA. In this case, one egg and one sperm have fertilised and split into two separate embryos for twins to develop, explains Johannesburg-based gynaecologist and obstetrician, Mark van der Griendt.
If you’re expecting non-identical or fraternal twins, two separate eggs have been fertilised at the same time by two sperm and these embryos develop separately in the womb, says Dr van der Griendt. Non-identical twins are just like normal siblings, except that they happen to be born at the same time.

Natural selection generally doesn't favor totally avirulent parasites (that is those which are totally harmless) because there is often positive association between virulence and transmissibility...... So, if virulence goes down, so does transmissibility---such strains will have lower fitness. That's why natural selection didn't lead to evolution of totally harmless (avirulent strains) parasites.

- Primary effluent is passed into large aeration tanks with constant mechanical agitation and air supply.
- Useful aerobic microbes grow rapidly and form flocs.
- Flocs are masses of bacteria and consumes organic matter and thus reduce the biochemical oxygen demand (BOD).
- When BOD of sewage has reduced, the effluent is passed into Settling tank.
- Here, the bacterial flocs settle and sediment is called activated sludge.
- A small part of the sludge is used as an inoculum in the aeration tank and the remaining part is passed into large tanks called anaerobic sludge digesters.
- In the digesters, heterotrophic microbes anaerobically digest bacteria and fungi in sludge producing mixture of gases such as methane, H2S, CO2 which forms the biogas.

The net reaction of photosynthesis is
6CO2 + 12H2O → C6H12O6 + 6H2O + 6O2
--From this reaction, it is clear that to form one molecule of glucose, six molecules of carbon dioxide are required.
-- To answer why 12 molecules of water are required, here is the explanation.
--Products of light reaction required in dark reactions to form one molecule of glucose are 12 molecules of NADPH and 18 molecules of ATP.
-- For forming 2 molecules of NADPH from NADP+ , 2 molecules of water are required so that demand of 4 electrons and protons can be satisfied.
--Two molecules of water split to form1 molecule of oxygen and the respective number of electrons and hydrogen ions are also formed .
--Now for producing 12 molecules of NADPH , total 12 molecules of water are required.
