Its too easy first of all, realied all the assets and paid of the liabilities of firm by making realisation account. After check a any partner loans if their is any loan related to partner then open a loan account and clear it ..then after prepare partner capitl a/c ..and lastly bank a/c..thats solve

In dissolution chapter u just hve to make realisation account in which u hve realise all asset & liabilities .2) than u hve to make partners capital account in which u hve to distribute pft or loss of realisation and if there is any pft or reserve given in question than u hve to distribute it 3) cash account in which all transactions related to bank from relatisation u have to write
