  • It helps in active maintenance and reproduction of patterns of social relationships.
  • It helps society to prevent, control and regulate social changes.
  • Social order is needed for systematic functioning of society.
  • Social order is generally the periphery of the dominant groups. Hence, any changes that may alter their stability in the society will be resisted by them.

A casre is a social change or category to which a person belong involuntarily a caste contrasts with a social class .A caste than is a social structure in which people belong to such socialvayegories,historically , an example..In a caste sysyem in india ..In sociology caste system describes one form of social stratification .Its also explain why some societies offer little social mobility , if a person occupy a law socoal stayus in that person & caste , than it is difficult & impossible for that petson to achieve a higher status..??

These transformations in various social institutions are examples of social change. Social change happens all the time. Social change is sometimes intentional, but oftentimes unplanned.

  • Social evils are unspiritual social practices in the society which ruin the country’s development.
  • Sovial evil is the meaningless practices which ruins the social and scientic development of the society.
  • Such practices are even encouraged by our IGNORANCE. The problem of our society is that……we simply ignore.
  • So , the first need is not to ignore. Be aware. Don't ingore anything else you would encourage these evils.
  • Secondly the need is to start. Start to eradicate these social evils from the society. For this you may join NGOs which would help you enhance your social abilities.

Functionality Theory- Emile Durkhaim born in the year 1858, 15th April and died at 1917. Some of his books are The rules of sociological method, Suicide which tells us about suicide rates among Protestant and Catholism population. Conflict Theory- Karl Marx, born at Germany in the year 1818, 5th May and died at 1883, 14th August at England. He has 7 children. He lived in Germany, France, Belgium and UK. His first theory capitalist theory which says the ruling class which is called Bourgeoisie has full control over means of production and the working class called Proletariat, who sells labour power in exchange with wages.
