Lighter object, This is becoz ,if lighter and heavier object have equal momentum then it is clear that lighter object has greater velocity.& since K.E is velocity dominant so the lighter object with greater velocity will have greater K.E.

MV=mv, M/m=v/V..(1) k1=1/2MV^2 and k2=1/2mv^2 , k1/k2=MV^2/mv^2.. (2) putting the value of equation 1st in 2nd k1/k2=Mm^2/mM^2, k1/k2=m/M, from this k1M=k2m here M> m, therefore k1 <k2 so, the kinetic energy of 2nd is higher

MV=mv, M/m=v/V... (1) now k1=1/2MV^2, k2=1/2mv^2" k1/k2=MV^2/mv^2 from 1st equation M/m=v/V putting it in 2nd equation k1/k2=Mm^2/mM^2, k1/k2=m/M , k1M=k2m, here, M> m, k1 <k2 (kinetic energy of 2nd body is more
