As we study gravitational force exist between anything which has mass so, gravitational force exist between atomic level but the mass of atomic particle is very small or negligible mass like electron it's (10^-31kg) it is very low if we find gravitational force between two electron it's nearly (10^-50) N which is very very small and almost negligible so, gravitational force exist between atomic level but it is negligible so it doesn't effect it's orientation
