Here newton's gravitation law is applicable when train coming near platform the force of attraction acting between train and object at platform if we stand near platform force of attraction acting between train and we people and we already know that train has more mass than us so train attract we people towards it. so we should not stand near platform when train is reaching platform

Kf-Ki=W [Kf=Final kinetic energy and Ki means initial kinetic energy,therefore,Kf-Ki=change in kinetic energy and it is equal to the work done;(W)].

Virendra Choudhary 7 years, 10 months ago

Net work done on body = change in kinetic energy

Aradhya Singhai 7 years, 10 months ago

According to the work-energy theorem, the net work on an object causes a change in the kinetic energy of the object. The formula for net work is net work = change in kinetic energy = final kinetic energy - initial kinetic energy.

Due to surface tension , liquid try to minimize its surface area so rain drops are spherical

Dheerendra Singh Rajput 7 years, 10 months ago

Surface tension also plays important role in this phenomenon

Dheerendra Singh Rajput 7 years, 10 months ago

It is due to the teason that when the rain drops fall on the earth's surface then due to the gravitational force of the earth the drop feels a force acting downwatds and changes its position and a pointed closening on the outer surface(????)

Aradhya Singhai 7 years, 10 months ago

Raindrops start to form in a roughly spherical structure due to the surface tension of water. This surface tension is the "skin" of a body of water that makes the molecules stick together. The cause is the weak hydrogen bonds that occur between water molecules.

Muskan Patel 7 years, 10 months ago

reason is surface tension not viscosity

~Pragya~ ~Kumari~ 7 years, 10 months ago

Due to surface tension
