Let a body of mass m is moving with constant velocity v. Then change in velocity (∆v)=0. Momentum (p)=mv then ∆p=m∆v=0 since velocity remains constant. F=∆p/∆t from newton 2 law. Ma=∆p/∆t. Ma=0/∆t. Ma=0 =F means force is zero F=m∆v/∆t=0. mass can not be 0. Means ∆v/∆t=0 V= constant

The %age error in X = 2 × %age error in 'a' + 2 × %age error in 'b' + 1 × %age error in 'c' + 1/2 × %age error in 'd' = 2 × 4% + 2 × 2% + 1 × 3% + 1/2 × 1% = 8% + 4% + 3% + 1/2% = 15.5 %

(P + a/V2) (V - b) = RT P is pressure, V is volume and T is temperature. [P] = [F/A] = [MLT −2/L2] = [ML−1T −2] [V] = [L3] We cannot add or subtract quantities of different dimensions. Therefore [P] = [a/V2] ⇒ [a] = [PV2] = [ML−1T −2 L6] = [M L5 T −2] ∴ [a] = [M L5 T −2] Similarly, [b] = [V] = [L3]
