If a body is performing uniform motion in a circular path then 1) its speed will remain constant, ie.,it will not change with time. 2) magnitude of Velocity will also remain constant but it's direction changes . Since Velocity is a vector quantity which depend upon both its magnitude and direction so,Velocity of body changes. 3) acceleration also changes because its Velocity changes and acceleration depend upon Velocity of the body.
