Newton's First law of motion states that there is force acting on every body which opposes its state of motion or rest . Which is also known as law of inertia . For example .. when we are sitting in bus and suddenly bus starts then our body automatically moves backward due to inertia because initially our body was in rest but when bus starts to move our body suddenly come in motion and inertia acts over there . There are three types of inertia : ● Inertia of rest ● inertia of motion ● inertia of direction

Although action and reaction are always equal and opposite to each other they are acting on two different object. Means that forces balance each other they are adding upto equal to zero forces are when added when they are act on same object not defferent
