i think u want to ask that x(t) = 100 - 16t2 find position of particle when velocity is zero. is it true ? if yes then 

solution

as we know velocity is derivative of position 

so here velocity is v = -32t = 0

                              t = 0 

putting in x we get x = 100 unit or if  no then send proper quetion
