Biomechanics is derived from Greek words, BIO + MECHANICS. Bio means living thing and mechanics is a field of physics. Thus, it is the branch of science which deals with the forces related to body movements. Biomechanics is defined as systematic study of mechanics of body joints. According to Wikipedia, “Biomechanics is the study of the structure and function of biological system of humans.”

ENDOMORPH :- The body of the endomorph is round and soft. if you want a perfect example of a an endomorph it would be big mama (in big mama's house movie). A big part of his mass is concentrated in the abdominal area. The hands and feet of the endomorph are relativity small. The endomorph is very social by nature, fun loving, and relaxed. He loves food (pretty logical) and he usually provides great company.

Endomorph

The endomorph body type is solid and generally soft. Endomorphs gain fat very easily. Endo’s are usually of a shorter build with thick arms and legs. Muscles are strong, especially the upper legs. Endomorphs find they are naturally strong in leg exercises like the squat.

Traits of Endomorph body :

  • Soft and round body
  • Gains muscle and fat very easily
  • Is generally short
  • "Stocky" build
  • Round physique
  • Finds it hard to lose fat
  • Slow metabolism
  • Muscles not so well defined

When it comes to training endomorphs find it very easy to gain weight. Unfortunately, a large portion of this weight is fat not muscle. To keep fat gain to a minimum, endomorphs must always train cardio as well as weights. Usually supplements may not be needed as long as the person has a high protein intake in their diet.

According to newton's third law of motion, for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction .when an object is rotating around a fixed axis in circular path two opposing forces act at that time that is centripetal or centrifugal In other words centripetal force is the force cause rotating objects to move towards the centre or axis of rotation and another force equal to the centripetal force but opposite in direction also act upon it know as centrifugal force I think it helps you ??

Get ip 5:00 clock in the morning and than start doing yoga in the open area because of fresh air.do this thing daily for 2hours then after some time you see your body gain slim shape

Difference between Physical Fitness and Wellness :"Wellness," in essence, covers all areas of health: mental health, emotional health, physical health, spiritual health, social health, relationship health, and so on. Basically, these are all the different components in a person's life that can affect their overall "well-being." So when it comes to "fitness"... a person may be fit — be active, participate sports, be able to lift weights, change the shape of their body, run, jump, and increase their cardiovascular capacity — but this does NOT mean that the state of their body, or their overall "well-being," is in good health.?????
