Mr. Frank and Mr. Crocker Harris are both teachers in the school in which Taplow study. Frank teaches science and Crocker harris teaches clssicl literature. Frank is young and Crocker Harris is middle age teacher. They both have different temperaments. Crocker always follow rules and regulations strictly but on the other Frank doesn't mind to break the rules of school. Frank is friendly nature with students and also discusses his fellow teacher with students, but on the other side Crocker doesn't want to be popular and also seem to hate idea of liked by students. Frank announces the results before the day of declaration but Crocker Harris announces the results on the day of declaration only.

The story 'Adventures of Toto' revolves around the incorrigible monkey called Toto. Toto was a very naughty monkey. He troubled everyone and when he was kept in the stable, he bit the donkey's ears. He decided to sit in a kettle of boiling water one day. He loved tearing things and whenever one of the narrator's aunt came near, he would tear her dress. He broke dishes and tore curtains and in the end the narrator's grandfather had to sell him back to the tonga-driver for three rupees. Thus, the title of the story is appropriate.

The title “The Adventures of Toto” indicates directly at the central theme as well as at the protagonist. The story is about Toto, the pet baby monkey, and his numerous adventures. Of course, the title does not clarify ‘who’ or ‘what’ is Toto, but it does rouse the curiosity of the reader, which is one of the characteristics of a good title. In short, the title is suitable for this story
