A correction, 1) most alpha rays pass straight through atom. 3) 1/12000 alpha rays. Sorry.

Adithya Dev A 4 years, 3 months ago

1) Most of the α - rays emerged out of the gold foil with large amount of scattering indicating that most of the space inside a gold atom is empty. 2) A few α - rays suffered a small amount of deviation indicating that something which is positive in charge is situated at inside every gold atom. 3) 1 out of every 2000 rays came out of the gold foil undeviated retracing the path indicating that all positive charges present in an atom is accumulated at a very small volume inside the atom.

Molar mass (M2) = 14 + 3 = 17 g// Therefore, M = (W2/ M2 * V) * 1000 = (0.85/ 17 * 100) * 1000 = 0.5 mol/L//

Often in experimental studies, researchers will have participants provide responses to several different treatments. In these types of studies, order effects refer to differences in participant responses as a result of the order in which treatments are presented to them.

First convert it into moles . In order to convert it into moles divide it by Avogadro number then you will get 1 mole. As you know that 1mol= 22.4 litres .

In addition to carbon monoxide (CO) and carbon dioxide (CO2) , there is a third compound of carbon called carbon suboxide. If a 2.5g sample of carbon sub-oxide contains 1.32g of C and 1.18g of O, using the law of multiple proportions, a possible formula of carbon suboxide can be deduced.

Roopam Almadi 4 years, 3 months ago

It's an easy question Don't be panic First take(a) part then, 2.19 - 1.44 = weight of O2 Then take the ratio of copper to oxygen, the ratio comes out to be 3.9 : 1 Then take (b) part 1.430 - 1.135 = weight of O2 Then take the ratio of copper to oxygen, the ratio comes out to be 3.9 : 1 In this way this data illustrate law of definate proportion Don't take approx bcz it is not allowed Take the exact vaue

12 grams of carbon dioxide (molecular weight = 48) dissolved in 200 ml of water. The molarity would be (12/48) x (1000/200) which would become (0.25) x (5) = 1.25 molar.
