Gram atomic mass is the mass, in grams, of one mole of atoms in a monatomic chemical element. It is numerically equal to the relative atomic mass (or atomic weight) in grams. The atomic mass of an element expressed in grams is calledgram atomic mass. For example oxygen is 16 grams.

Mass of 1 mole of C-14 = 14 grams

14 grams = 1 mole
Therefore, 7 grams = 0.5 mole
<hr />1 atom of C-14 has 8 neutrons
0.5 mole of C-14 has 8 * NA = 8 * 6.022 * 1023 = 4.8176 * 1024 neutrons
